A: We have professional in-house designers to help you on design adjusting. Format: AI, PDF, CDR, PSD, EPS.
Q3: Is the sample charge can be refundable?
A: Yes, normally the sample charge can be refundable when you confirm the mass production, but for the specific situation pls contact the people who follow up with your order.
Q4: What's your payment terms?
A: 50% deposit and 50% before delivery.
Q5: Do you have price list ?
A: No, all packaging are customized. Any change will also make the price change. We can quote you according to your detail request.
Q6: How to make sure high quality?
A: We will send you photo and video for every procedure or sample finished. For any quality problems, we will make new ones for free and send you again.
